“A marathon takes three months to prepare,” she says. “I train two times a day, seven times a day, except Sunday afternoons. We do high-altitude training in the forests twice a week. I also run on gravel road once a week, twice a week on grass, and even do a few sessions on the track.”
“I don’t train as much as the men do,” she says. “But I train to the best of my ability and do not feel inferior to men in ability. I sometimes train with the men and this gives you confidence.”
Who said that women log more miles than men?
