S: 17miles on CDR Course w/group
Recap: Solid week in which I finally started to get a little worn down Thursday/Friday so that is something I need to watch to make sure to not run myself into another situation like I think I did this past winter/spring. Had another great run in the Forrest Tuesday, that place is great! The weekend I jumped into a small 5K for some cash ($300) going roughly in a tempo effort which was faster then I wanted but there was course bonus on the line and I figured I was feeling good enough to get that bonus without doing too much. Sunday was pretty brutal conditions wise but with a nice group it was fun to get in. If CDR 15miler conditions are like they were today on Sep 6th, it is going to be nasty and 1:22's could win it again. Something to keep in mind as that time creeps closer and closer!
