The Runner Nerd, part I: Adidas


Says Adidas lover and one of NYCs speedsters Philip Sneller*:

"There are 2 cushioned trainers for easy/recovery runs and some long. 1 is a cross country shoe. 3 are marathon / half marathon racing and fast and or long tempo run training shoes. 2 are lighter for 5k-10k racing shoes and also used on the track for interval runs. I rotate between them to help prevent injuries that could be caused by the shoes."

(*btw. "sneller" is dutch for "faster")
