Blog Roll: Viktor Röthlin - being rational!

VIKTORS BLOG IS TRANSLATED FROM GERMAN USING GOOGLE TRANSLATOR

I admit to be reasonable is certainly not the strength of a top athlete. For once, it is important for me to be reasonable. Because of my training camp in the Engadine, I felt a sudden pain in the foot. Actually, I wanted to go to my successful comeback at Ägeriseelauf over 14.5km, grope me slowly through the half marathon distance around the Greifensee to the marathon distance.

But will my body to once again that he is the boss of us. An inflammation in the right foot while forcing myself not to its knees, but in the water. So I graduated in the last few days all the strains in the pool via the Deep Water Running. And through the still summer weather, I could even jog twice by the Sarnersee. This was a great experience, but is usually around, and not by the lake.

Although I unfortunately do not yet run on Greifenseelauf, but I will anyway as a fan and for my fans to be there. Who wants an autograph, I'm struck on Friday from 18:30-19:30 and Saturday 11:30-12:30 Clock Clock by my sponsor Helsana. I would also send the kids who start at the "mini-Greifenseelauf" on the track.

Healthwise, I hope that I will be long enough reasonable. My medical team in such cases, Prof. Dr. Roland Biedert and physiotherapist, Daniel Troxler predefine the Guidelines themselves, and I understand also what about the matter. Let's hope that soon I can put a strain again to the Sarnersee!
