Eldoret Cross Country

World Cross Country sensation Gladys Chemweno beat a quality field which included former world junior 3,000 metres champion Gladys Kemboi, to win the 8 km womens senior race at the sixth leg of the Kenya Commercial Bank and Athletics Kenya cross-country series at the Eldoret Polytechnic on Saturday. Chemweno has now posted-three wins and is firmly in the chase for a share of Shs 1 million jackpot.
