Well these past two weeks have been pretty amazing with 4 races in 4 different distances and PR’ing in all 4 of them. All this hard work is starting to pay off and I am loving how it feels. The final of the 4 races, was the Rock n Roll Chicago half marathon, and I PR’ed by over a minute on my Half Marathon time, which was a great feeling and know I have more in me. Even though this wasn’t over the marathon course, which I am gearing up for on 10/10/10, I got the opportunity to get the feel of Chicago city, temperatures, road surfaces and view part of the course by mountain bike and I am very excited about it!
