USA 25k Championships 2011: Fernando Cabada, Molly Pritz win

Runners faced wind, rain and cold temperatures at the 2011 USA 25k Championship this morning The event was hosted by the Fifth Third River Bank Run in Grand Rapids, Mich.

Fernando Cabada, who also won this race back in 2006, took the men's title in 1:15:41.

Even though Cabada holds the American record in the 25k, he wasn't talked about as a pre-race favorite. Instead, most of the focus was on last year's champion Andrew Carlson and last year's runner up Nick Arciniaga.
