
Stanko, 28, was neck-and-neck with 2nd-place finisher Chad Johnson for most of the race, including the finish.
They rotated off throughout the race as for who would lead the pack.
Stanko took over with 4 miles left and never relinquished the lead, though.
He clocked in at a time of 2:20.23 and was very happy with the layout of the route.
