Ralf Nacke of DBL-Team RSG Montabaur won today's 35th edition of Germany's old school spring classic, the Kandel Marathon. Teammate Heiko Spitzhorn (picture) was following in second place until k39 but was "pretty fucked at that stage" and subsequently passed by Steidl from Munich.Spitzhorn after the race: "We have to go party now!". He will celebrate not only a podium finish but also a new PR.
