A little more than usual going on around here for me.
Richard Mosley & I did a Q&A at the Runner’s Den in Port Moody with their marathon training group last night. People had lots of good questions and even educated me on a few things related to the marathon. I don’t often get asked to do things like this, but when I do I always enjoy it. It’s good to get a different perspective on the sport and see people of all abilities who have such great enthusiasm for the sport and are eager to absorb your knowledge and get faster.
