Recap: Very solid week, I seem to be coming around with how my body is feeling! Solid mileage, which is in my range of being able to train solid and feel good without wearing down. Wednesday's workout on the Treadmill was mentally tough, but physically felt good for the most part(would have ran the on's faster if outside). Sunday Long Run was back to the old stomping grounds of Huntington. We had another good group make the trip plus we met some Huntington area runners! You would think with MU in town we could have had 20+ people out there from Huntington...but not at 8am as they like to sleep in! That was the thing that happened while I lived in Huntington for 10 years during college and afterwards...it was always hard to get anyone up for early morning runs(if you call 8am early...I don't think it is even close to early!!)
