Our fellow Irish are always up for a good bet. Back in the days when I was working in Dublin, I often was exposed to that culture. Imagine getting your caffeine fix in the afternoon in the company's kitchen when suddenly three guys storm in and switch on the TV. Horse racing! 3 minutes, some Euros and a bit of grumbling later they stroll back to their desks.
